Viator Coffee Co. Return & Refund Policy

At Viator Coffee Co., we put a lot of care into every bag we roast and every product we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Below is our standard return and refund policy based on common industry practices.
Roasted Coffee
Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee.
However, we can help if:

Your order arrived damaged

You received the wrong item

Your package was lost in transit
If any of these happen, please contact us at hello@viatorcoffeeco.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund the item.
Merchandise & Equipment
Includes apparel, mugs, brewing gear, and accessories.
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases (physical or digital) are final sale and non-refundable.
Mobile Coffee Services (Events & Catering)
Deposits
Event deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date if requested at least 60 days before the event and subject to availability.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 60+ days before the event may apply the deposit toward a future booking within the same calendar year.

Cancellations made within 59 days of the event forfeit the deposit.

Full payments made in advance may be partially refundable depending on catering costs already incurred.
Order Issues
If there’s a problem with your order (missing items, wrong items, damaged shipment, etc.), please email us at hello@viatorcoffeeco.com within 7 days and include:

A brief description of the issue

Photos of any damage, if applicable
We’ll respond quickly to make things right.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error or the product arrived damaged.
